What We Do

Jesus is God Ministry’s Your Hope and Future program offers re-entry and transitional housing for men who are struggling with active addiction, looking for recovery support, are re-entering society after treatment in a drug and/or alcohol rehabilitation program, or have mental health issues and need housing. Some of our program participants are former prison inmates or have been homeless. All criminal backgrounds will be considered. We do not discriminate against age, disability, race or religion.

Support whether you are HOMELESS, in TRANSITION, or need LONG-TERM HOUSING...

We currently have nine homes in our housing program, located in Des Moines, Tukwila and Renton, WA. Our housing program has different phases to help each person at the stage they are at to meet your specific needs when you arrive in our housing.

Our programs are supportive of AA, NA and all recovery programs.

Safe, Structured, & Supportive Housing Program

The foundation of Your Hope & Future is our housing program, which provides immediate safety and security for individuals under a "Housing First" philosophy. Once the housing need is met, we implement structured programming and services through an individualized case management and referral system. Our housing program consists of three phases: Phase 1: Immediate and Emergency Housing: Providing urgent shelter and safety. Phase 2: Supportive Transitional Housing: Offering temporary housing (6 - 18 months) with support services to aid in the transition. Phase 3: Long-Term Supportive Housing: Ensuring stable, long-term housing with ongoing support.

Peer-to-Peer Mentorship

At Your Hope & Future, we wholeheartedly believe in the transformative power of lived-experience in mentorship. As participants progress through our program and experience hope, healing, and resilience, we identify and train those who show a desire to give back. By becoming mentors, they share the support they once received. This process fosters strong bonds, builds a sense of community, solidifies personal missions, and helps individuals discover their purpose.

Biblical Counseling

Jesus is God Biblical Counseling offers faith-based guidance and support to individuals seeking spiritual growth and healing. Rooted in Biblical principles, the counseling services aim to help individuals navigate life's challenges by applying the teachings of Jesus Christ. The program emphasizes the importance of a personal relationship with God, providing a compassionate and non-judgmental environment for clients to explore their faith, address personal struggles, and develop a deeper understanding of God's love and purpose for their lives. Through one-on-one counseling sessions, group support, and spiritual mentorship, Jesus is God Biblical Counseling strives to empower individuals to live fulfilling and Christ-centered lives.

How It Works

All of our homes are clean and sober living for men only. Although our leadership has a relationship with Jesus, we do not require anyone to believe what we believe, we simply offer the way of life that changed us. We’re not a religious program, we’re a spiritual program. We believe in relationship, not religion.

We do have AA and NA meetings available as well as Celebrate Recovery meetings if you’d like to attend them throughout the week. We also offer Bible studies and prayer meetings if that is something you would like to attend. We meet at 12pm on Sundays to fellowship and after our time together we have a meal. We have a full-time homeless outreach that you could be a part of, where we go out daily to feed the homeless, encourage them, and create intentional relationships with people on the street so they know there’s somewhere for them to go when they are ready.

Regardless of what struggle you are experiencing, or if you have no struggle and you’re just looking for family, you’ve come to the right place. We have nine homes in Des Moines, Tukwila and Renton.
